Helena Independent Record: "A Clancy man has been charged with a felony count of insurance fraud after he allegedly fled the scene of a crash and later claimed damage to his vehicle occurred in a Helena parking lot, according to a state District Court document.
Vern A. Nardi also is charged with misdemeanor counts of failing duty to give information and render aid, and failure to provide immediate notice of an accident. He’s set to appear before District Judge Thomas Honzel on March 8.
Nardi couldn’t be reached for comment."
