Ross Evans of Katz, Greenberger & Norton LLP would serve as interim ombudsman for the Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services.
Recent background checks show that more than two dozen Hamilton County foster parents have been arrested.
Evans would review decisions by the department to allow people to remain or become foster parents in Hamilton County."
