Chiropractor accused of insurance fraud (phillyBurbs.com) | Courier Times: "A Bucks County chiropractor allegedly made $50,000 from submitting bogus insurance claims for patient procedures he never performed, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office said Monday.

Dr. Jonathan Wiktorchik, 55, who lives on Churchville Road in Upper Southampton, was arraigned Monday on charges of insurance fraud and theft by deception. Both counts are third-degree felonies and can carry a maximum combined sentence of 14 years in prison. Bail was set at $50,000.

The alleged crimes occurred between 2002 and 2004 at the Upper Bucks Chiropractic Clinic in Tinicum, which Wiktorchik owns with his wife, Helen.

The Courier Times was unsuccessful in reaching Wiktorchik for comment."
