Man Pleads Guilty In Kidnapping Of Private Eye In Mexico - News Story - KGTV San Diego: "A man who agreed to kidnap a U.S. citizen in Mexico, where the victim was brutally beaten for five days and eventually killed, pleaded guilty Tuesday to conspiracy and attempted kidnapping.
Humberto Iribe admitted that in August 1998, he conspired with Kimberly Bailey and John Krueger to kidnap Richard C. Post III.
On Aug. 20, 1998, in accordance with the plan, Bailey lured Post to Mexico, where he was kidnapped by Iribe and men working for him, prosecutors said."
